World Fireknife Dance Competition and Samoa Festival

This annual festival and competition attracts competitors from Hawaii, American Samoa, Samoa, the US mainland and other locations on the Pacific-Rim. Watch as contestants spin fire-lit knives to vie for the title of the world's best. Attractions include a high school competition of traditional customs, speech making, basket weaving, coconut husking and fire-making, as well as singing and dancing.
