An observation deck is located on the 10th floor, providing sweeping views of entire harbor, as well as acting as a harbor control and maritime communications center. Mount Tantalus Lookout The Mount Tantalus Lookout at Puu Ualakaa Park features panoramic views of Diamond Head, Waikiki, Punchbowl Crater, the Manoa Valley, University of Hawaii, Pearl Harbor and Makiki Valley. There are several trails through the Honolulu Forest Reserve that lead up to the 2,000 ft. summit. Visitors should except to take out anywhere from two hours to the whole day to reach the peak.
