    King Kamehameha Statue
    King Kamehameha was the most beloved and illustrious of Hawaii's heroes. His government is known for maintaining peace and traditional values through intense Western influence. Located in front of Ali'Iolani Hale, this statue was erected in 1893 as part of King Kamehameha's coronation ceremony.

    Waikiki War Memorial Natatorium
    The Waikiki War Memorial Natatorium was built in 1927 to honor those servicemen who cherished in World War I. The memorial features a 20 ft. tall memorial archway, four stone eagles and a very large pool where two popular athletes trained for the Olympics. Over 100 names can be found engraved on the commemoration plaque. Group tours of the area are available.

    Lighthouse at Kukailimoku Point
    Located on Kukailimoku Point, this active 1915 lighthouse is a pyramidal reinforced concrete tower, painted white. The lighthouse is equipped with a white light that shines in a three second sequence, producing a focal plane of 32 ft. The site is open to the public but the tower is closed.

    Battleship Missouri Memorial

    Launched in 1944, this battleship served the United States for over 50 years before turning into a memorial. Noted is the ship's most famous moment, the surrender of Japan on its deck, which led to the end of World War II. Special flag raising and military events take place every year to commemorate the ship's history. Visitors can tour the historic decks of Mighty Mo daily from 9am to 5pm.
